Exams are scary but you'll be okay! I get exam anxiety so I know how you feel. It helps to take a water bottle if you're allowed, sometimes a few sips of water a a few deep breaths can help you calm down a little. If you feel physically sick or anything you can sometimes ask to leave the room for a moment and catch your breath if needed.
- make sure all your questions are there no missing pages and extra things like formula sheets/scrap paper are there
- plan order of which questions you'll do first (bonus points to do easy ones first so you feel a little more confident)
- brain dump anything you really need to remember (e.g. quotes or formula) on an extra sheet of paper if allowed before you start answering the test
- think of something fun you can do after like catch up on a favourite tv show
- try time out how much time you can spend on each question/section e.g. if you have 6 questions and 1 hour, 10 minutes for each question.
