Such beautiful detail in this picture!    I love how sharp the image of her eye/eyebrow is.  The reflection in her eye is nice.  I also like how you've got part of her hand in the picture too; it adds a little bit of personality to the picture.     My only suggestion would be to show a little bit more of the person holding her- I think it would add to the picture to hide a little bit less of the guy.  Great job though!
