I really like the lips you gave this guy, but the jaw muscle (like in extant birds, reptiles, etc) should be visible. Those crests look pretty magnificent too.

Following the diapsid lip model the teeth don't necessarily have to be completely exposed past the oral tissue. In taxa with relatively larger teeth the situation may be different.
