Description
Backstory- Pele was captured by wilhelm at some point during the fall of New Haven. I had many ideas on how Pele manages to escape from wilhelm after she realizes the truth on what he did to New Haven, but a part of me throughout this entire time brainstorming has always pictured Pele to have difficulties on making sure he doesn’t find her.This is how I pictured what she would look like roaming around Pandora incognito.
