A dual tipped flagpole spear is Chiastolite's summonable weapon.

+~ABILITIES/PRIMARY PURPOSE~+
Back on Homeworld, Chiastolites were created to have the charisma and vigour of a TV faith healer. They were supposed to preach the good word of The Diamond Authority being "the best" and getting gems to generally not stray into rebellion. They were also used to boost morale with invigorating speeches. Because of this, Chiastolite's words have an almost hypnotizing quality to them.

Being the leader of the "successful rebellion" on Calvary, Chiastolite is the Monarch of Calvary. They will keep this position until something forces them out of it, but do not think for a second that they'll let go of it quietly.

+~ALIGNMENT~+
Chiastolite is, obviously, loyal to themself, making them a Loyal Cavalier.

+~PERSONALITY~+

Chiastolite is described by others to be kind, generous, and fun-loving. They can be a bit mysterious and secretive at times, but overall, they seem like a nice gem.

However, they're actually hiding a much more ruthless nature. They don't want to eradicate The Diamond Authority to free their fellow gems. They want to replace The Diamond Authority entirely with themself solely at the helm.

As an added note, they're also a bit of a hedonist. There's rumors afoot that they spend some amount of time at the Light Disruption Dens (personal fanon gem equivalents of opium dens, see WORLDBUILDING INFO ) and spoil their lovers practically silly in exchange for some quality time together.

+~BACKSTORY~+
Being one of the oldest of their particular type of gem line, this particular Chiastolite had seen it all. Quite frankly, though, they soon grew extremely bored of their job. Their mind began to wander as they went through the motions of rousing the battalions. They thought of what it'd be like if they were the one in charge of things, but they pushed the thoughts out of their head after realizing they'd never see the opportunity to do anything of the sort. At least, that's what they thought. After being sent to a budding colony to keep gems in line, word of the supposed death of Pink Diamond reached the colony and the flame of Chiastolite's traitorous thoughts was relit. The colony was essentially left to rot by the remaining mourning Diamonds after that, so Chiastolite was essentially given the most golden of chances to finally strike. Somehow, they managed to talk everyone under their thumb...

As of now, they play the role of a sincere, merciful ruler.

Their kingdom is at peace, and you will have to shatter them to take it back from them.

Chiastolite craves the finer things in life; they always have. They also crave power and the ability to control others with ease. They do what they do to keep their status as Monarch of Calvary, plain and simple.
