Samus Aran is the orphaned human who was raised by the Chozo. In order for her to survive with them, her blood was transfused with theirs (thus she now has the ability to survive in various atmospheres unaided). She underwent years of training beneath the guidance of Grandpa and Greyvoice. As the Chozo realized her warrior’s spirit and her great potential, they gifted her with their finest technology: the Powersuit, a marvel unknown to all other races with far superior capability. She left her foster family in search of Ridley, the pirate who murdered her parents.
