That's actually a really cute OC. It looks mostly fine, IMO; I just think the background could be more detailed (just a few trees backed by blue sky seems unrealistic unless you're on top of a mountain or something - and trees typically have branches and more complex leaf patterns, which are not hard to make quickly if you know how to do it). That and Tails' eyes are a little tall. Still, good use of model placement, drawing everything cleanly (I sure couldn't, at least not with my stylus in Photoshop as I normally do), and coloring.
