This is a Steampunk shoulder mounted flashlight/lantern made by Jonathan Alberico.
It is a hand cranked rechargeable flash light. The Battery in side is recharged every time you turn the crank, about 4 minutes of turning gets you about 1 minute of light. The light can be dimmed by turning a dimmer on the charger.

This was a long time ago but I think it sold for $200. We can always make more however it may take time to find all the parts again, as most of these parts are antique. I will keep my eyes open and let you know if I come across anything that will work!
