Wally West, the third flash. Best costume of all the flashes, but he's the least powerful. He can't vibrate through walls like Barry Allen could. But he's still awesome.Related content

Yeah! I love his costume! His and Walter's are my favorite Flash costumes! Great drawing, and i like the colouring.
Aaaand...i dont think he's the least powerful, you know? he did outraced the black flash and got out of the speed force when allen couldnt. He can take speed from others and lend it, and as far as i know he's able to create tangible forms of matter out of energy he draws from the Speedforce. I've never seen Barry (or Bart or Jay or Max or any other speedster for that matter) do that.
And He CAN vibrate through walls, but he somehow charges the molecules of the objects with energy and makes them explode...
Sorry if i extended myself with this, i just was surprised 'cause i've always considered West to be the most powerful Flash ever.
Or course everybody have their own opinion

Well, given that I don't really read comics too much, you're probably right about his power. Maybe I was just reading older comics. (never heard of black flash, for example)
Let me ask you this: Bart Allen, before he was shot in the knee by Slade – wasn't he the fastest of all the speedsters in the DC universe?

hey! I'm sorry it took me so very long to reply.
As far as i know, when Wally was the Flash, he was the fastest man alive. He outraced that black flash and came back from the speed force,among other not unconsiderable feats.
I'm pretty sure that while in "wally's flash era" the redhead was the fastest of the speedsters family. Of course when was Bart's turn to be the Flash he was supposed to be the fastest too, and i guess that when Barry was in the focus he was the fastest too.

Fastest MAN alive... but when Wally was the Flash, Bart was still a kid. I seem to recall Bart outracing Wally in one or two comics.
Not that its hugely important.
