Mentioned before of an upcoming project I'm working on called the Banshee Project. (The actually title will probably be "Doc Shadow and the Black Banshee", but for right now, it's just eaiser to say Banshee project.) To go along with the earlier submission here: [link] is her brother, Sebastian, a.k.a. Doc Shadow. (Before you ask, yes. He's supposed to invoke feelings of the older platinum age heroes like the Shadow, Gray Ghost and the like.)
