Very interesting concept. Steampunk and the Batman universe seem to go hand in hand, and this proves it. I really like the integrate details and the excellent coloring.
That last bit of the background on the far right looks a bit rushed, though.

Very Nice. the red hair and the cap remind me of an original pulp hero called the Flying Squirrel from the "Red Panda" webcast "radio" adventures. very fun

Look at the "Hearts of Steel" mini-series, where they set TF along side people like John Henry and Samuel Clemmins ^_^ That's around the Victorian era if I remember correctly, or close enough (for me it is)
