Love this! It's so epic. I imagine me and my boyfriend like Jane and Lawrence too, they're such a beautiful couple.

This drawing is so cool. I really like the detail you put into it, especially on Temeraire. Awesome work.

Agreed with other commenter! That is pretty epic! Love the outfits. The little detail on the pants is great.

Thank you for the gracious comment... the "little detail" on the trousers is called Austrian Knotting, and was ever popular on Hussar uniforms of the period, often much more elaborate, and appearing on both jacket sleeves and trousers... Ms. Novik is rather sparse on description of the Aerial Corps. uniforms, so much was left to my research and style choices. The epaulettes in the books are described only as having gold bars denoting rank, but simply placing bars on shoulder boards looked very modern military, and doing traditional full-tassel Napoleonic epaulettes also seemed inappropriate, hence the dragon scale evoking chain mail shoulders in brass, with bars. We're actually constructing the complete pair of uniforms, with fore and aft bicorne hats as well, it's a lot of work, but the result should be fairly amazing.

Thank you, and much appreciated. It's even better two feet by near three!
