I love it! Absolutely beautiful
The only possible suggestion I'd have for improvement, and depending on the effect you were going for, this might not actually be an improvement, would be a little more contrast between the pegasus and the clouds. For example, maybe a strong back-lighting effect to give a brighter silhouette around the edges of the pegasus so he/she stands out from the background a bit more. But again, if you were intentionally trying to get a blending effect with the clouds, than obviously, I wouldn't do that.

Yes, indeed the contrast between the Pegasus and the clouds should be stronger ... but you're also right about the blending effect!
