Among others, yes...
I sketched this with pencil and then made the first sculpt in zbrush. Did a bunch of render passes out of zbrush as well, particularly skin and lighting. I then treated the same mesh to some subsurface scattering in blender. I had well over a 100 layers to composite. Finessing and background composition was done in Photoshop. About 25 hours of work altogether.

Nice ! Love the hair all over the face. The creepy eye with one bigger then the other makes him crazy ! Nice touch with the green nails and the details on the syringe
