So I was flipping through television channels as I was currently on the Comedy network. British comedian Jimmy Carr was performing and said the quote on the drawing and I loved it. XD So I texted the quote to ~ThatOnePersonO3O and she said it sounded like it belonged in Hetalia.So here we go. I seem to have an inability to draw England smiling, I think I've drawn him smiling once.
