Ianthe Jones is the quiet receptionist who feeds the pterodactyl, works overtime when she doesn’t need to, is ruthless with a stun gun and is generally accepted despite her past (the hiding of her cyberman boyfriend in Torchwood’s basement).

Captain Jackie may flirt with everyone she meets, but she’s dead set on protecting the things she cares about, and her rough life(not limited to the Time Agency, the Doctor, the loss of her little sister) has made her strong. Though she tries to distance herself to an extent from the team she commands, she has a soft spot for Ianthe.

I know nobody really looks at this sort of stuff but I still like it.
