Lol - it was fun to do, but the hairspray thingy? Don't ever do it, because ultimately it will destroy your work

Wow - I've tried doing artwork using makeup - only eyes and lips tho, not a full work... it's beautiful!
Strange that hairspray rots it - what happens when you put makeup and then hairspray on yourself?!

You may well ask! I think it's all to do with hairspray left on for a long time. I used to use it on oil pastel and after a few years the pastel just flakes away. Ends up looking like an old master before it disappears entirely. Will put one of my disintegrating works up soon and then you'll see what I mean
Re darkcardz - the other artwork is at the printers - we are just sorting out what to print. Trouble is, it's not cost effective to do it yourself, but the printers want a fortune up front (£1,500). Grrrrrrr.
