Thanks to every one for the wonderful positive and Encouraging comments ! and who ever thought the horse was an Arabian horse !!! you are right ! cause its the only horse who has the tail up when running or posing!

I am no great artist but I do know horses. This is a really good attempt at what is a very difficult pose. I took a look at the Bob Langrish photo of Shah Azim that seems to be your ref pic.

The line from poll to crest should be nearly horizontal, which will make his neck the proper thickness and not look so truncated. Your neckline from crest to withers (under the mane)should be arched out, not nearly straight and horizontal. Also, the throatlatch should curve into his jawline a little more. The line from the back over the loins should be more smooth and not have a defined angle. There should be no bulges on the back side of the hooves and the little bulges on the backs of the fetlocks should not be there either. More hair lines on the tail would make it look less strange, also. I also recommend using thinner lines to outline when doing realistic pics like this (JMHO). If you search 'horse conformation' in images you can find lots of diagrams that can really help you understand horse anatomy.
