Seems like its become a yearly thing where I sit down and draw my Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood OC, Danielle xD (first being the one of the FMAOC Zine entry from two years ago, and then the one of her cosplaying as Angel Dust in May of last year). I gotta get around to drawing these two more though Especially since the FMA Fandom is the only fandom that I'm a part of lol But, it's nice to revisit them as well as the series in general. Drawing all this FMA-related art for commissions ahs really got me inspired for FMA-related art in general ^u^

Anyway, as for the deviation itself... I totally 100% agree that in any given situation in canon, Ed would be in Ken's position in the meme. However, in his relationship with Dani (and the circumstance that got them arrested in the first place), that honor would be given to the latter or the two. What their conviction was... I'm not sure, but if Mustang is the one bailing them out, they'll probably wish they would stay in jail |D And, of course, since this would take place during the Briggs Arc, we know why Alphonse isn't currently with Ed at the moment. Also, I like to think this could be an alternate ending to "I've Been Waiting So Long " (that, or this would happen some time afterwards).
