Well, this was difficult to find the sprites for. In the end, I watched a let's play on youtube (It was also quite difficult to find one using Snivy) and print-screened each emotion.There are seven emotions in total in use, and they are the official emotion sprites used in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon : Gates To Infinity. No, I don't have any objections to anyone using this as their icon, by the way.
Sprites made by Nintendo, put together as an icon by me.
EDIT: The file size was 0.3KB too large for use as an avatar, so I had to reduce the quality slightly.

I made this before the release of the game. I was aware that this didn't have all the emotions; I only had the first part of a let's play to use for this, so there's only the icons used in that, I'm afraid.

Can you do the other portraits too, such as tepig, swadloon, leavanny, lillipup, herdier, emolga, virizion, dunsparce etc.

I might try someday, but sadly I don't have photoshop anymore (Which I used to make this one) since I now have a mac, and so I'm not sure if I'll ever get around to it.

Cool! If there wads a larger variety of starter pokemon in the new PMD I would've chosen Snivy and Cyndaquil, but I kinda get why they didn't add all the usuals; this game must've been a lot more difficult to make because of the more complex style and 3D effects after all.

Man. I wish there was a site where we could get the portraits at. I looked at the Spriter's Resource and there was nothing for this game! I couldn't find them anywhere else either...

Well, I'm guessing spriter's resource don't wanna upload the sprites if they only have a few, because people would be annoyed if choice was limited. They're probably still working on extracting the sprite files from the game, we'll get them eventually ^^ I just got mine from a let's play, so that's probably your best shot right now, for the face sprites, anyway.

You forgot one. It's the one were Snivy is dizzy and the eyes are swirls.

I'm sorry, but it's not that I 'forgot' any. As I said in the description, I got these from a 'Let's Play' video, and I watched enough of it to get enough emotions and make an icon out of them. Besides, any more and the file size would've been too large for an icon.
