hmm... She was described as Persian Looking so I wanna say brown? Persians usually have that olive skin tone and brown eyes thing but idk I've met like 2 or 3 (out of like 20935830593509 though) Persians with hazel or greenish eyes. But then again she was a demigod (demititan?) so she could have some crazy atlas eyes... I think I'd probably just go for dark brown or something haha sorry I'm no help
