First off, beautiful work! Seriously, the amount of detail you've captured is stunning. I like how you've made the background a black, it really makes Jared pop off the page. However, it does see that on the left side, about halfway down the page, that the black isn't as consistent as it is throughout the rest of the piece.
Moving on to Jared himself, he's looking down right handsome here. I've always been in love with Jared's eyes, and you completely nailed them! The rest of his face is wonderful too, but these are what really stood out for me. The only thing that really looks off to me is his jaw line. The left hand side is very dark and it's difficult to see whether this is shadow or actually his skin/beard. Because of this, the chin and jawline almost look lopsided.
I also think that you have such a great contrast in this piece, ranging from black to white highlights, which you display in the face and background, but I'm missing this a little in the cloths. You definitely still have a range in the cloths, especially in the folds and creases, but it's not as strong as the contrast you have in the face.
Other than those suggestions, I think you absolutely nailed this piece and it really looks amazing : )
