Description
(Boot Hill is a series of illustrations I made about a zombie apocalypse occurring at the end of the Old West, with every person who died a violent death on United States soil from April 16th, 1865 and onward returning as zombies.)
Jebediah Solomon was once a humble smalltown undertaker and keeper of the local cemetary, until the fateful day when the restless dead rose from their graves to feast on the living. In an American West where those who have died violently will not stay dead, there's little call for undertakers, so Jebediah revised his business model - he now roams the countryside, his wagon filled with weapons rather than coffins, with the intent of putting his former customers back in their graves. For this task, he's chosen a new name for himself - Dead Reckoning.
