Well bottom line, Vector is a drawing made out of shapes using a vector tool, in this case the pentool from photoshop. One of the main advantages of Vectors is that they can be resized anytime after they are finished and it never looses quality. (Shapes in Photoshop like in this case are the only elements in PS that can change size and not loose any quality) Keep in mind though the resizing is only applicable when you have the ORIGINAL file. Without it, it becomes a regular flattened image (AKA: .jpg, .png, etc...) So this is a vector of an image that lost all its quality or had rlly bad one to start with. Its redrawn from scratch so that people can have a bigger, better version to use on projects or just save for whatever reason. I uploaded a really big size image but if requested I could make it even bigger
