I love the use of the shaded outlines Great colors and good use of gradients.
I'm not completely sold on the light strands of hair. It makes the image stand out which is good but I'm not sure they fit the overall feel of the image so thats bad. If I did this I might play around with darker colors/ a gradient on the ends of the strands where the meld into the hair to bring it into the hair a little more.
Still its a great vector and I'm just nit picking.
