Gijinka are mascots from animes/cartoons/game that are transformed in human. If the mascot is an animal, it can sometimes have animal ears, but this kind of character is just allowed if it was based in a character that already exists in a show.
Gijinkas can also be based in objects, like video-games, cell phones, browsers etc.
