Description
First entry for Miss-Villain-2016 . I decided to put many galaxy textures and some astronomical objects' symbols: Saturn, Pluto, Earth, Moon and Sun. The dress is inspired on Kurumi Tokisaki's dress from anime Date a Live.Credits:

I'm torn:
I love the Galaxy Senshi, just because I'm a sailor moon narc.
I also love the Galactix wings, just amazing and would look great on Regulus
But I think you could also go with Shibix, but personally that seems more Altair's style than Regulus'
Personally I'd love to see an evil-senshi for Regulus...but this is just me talking out loud, but what if her scythe's blade became the edge of her cape? She could have a razor cape

Actually, fairies which already have Galactix, have Galactix Fairy wings in Galaxy Senshi form instead of this long cape.
Reggy's got many senshi forms. She's Sailor Uchuu, Sailor Saturn, Sailor Regulus and Sailor Moon. In Sailor Saturn form, she's especially dark and bad, so I think I can go with Regulus as Galaxy Sailor Saturn.

So let's start from the begining. When her soul was created, she was only a little, cutie Dark Universe Fairy and she had got only power of Universe. Then she lives in Crystal Kingdom with Nelly and their mother. The little girls are so bored, so they created life, death (then Reggy gains her first additional power - Death and becomes personification of death; Nelly gains the power of life and becomes personification of Life), Sailor Senshi race (then they become first Sailor Senshi. Nelly's Sailor Uchuu, Saturn, Leo and Sun, while Reggy's Sailor Uchuu, Saturn, Regulus and Moon. They create more and more senshi forms, also Galaxy Senshi form. Then, they both get the powers of ice, water and cats. The last power is Time, and only Nelly gains it. So Reggy is Dark Universe Fairy of Death, Ice, Water and Cats and Sailor Uchuu, Saturn, Regulus and Moon.

Me too XD I have to draw 3 birthday gifts for 6th August this year: one art for both Regulus and Nelly [Reggy as Galaxy Sailor Saturn and Nelly as Galaxy Sailor (Uchuu/Sun/Leo?)]; second art for Snowly in Snowlix and third art for me: me & Nelly in MW. And also I have to draw something for Kate for 20th August.

I'm not that kind. I'm always making presents for Nelly, Reggy, Snowly, Kate, Patty and Oscurita. But I always forget about presents for Guardians of Universe, which are also my main OCs.
They're all my babies and babies needs love from mommy :>

Oh! I recognised I always draw a new OC in casual and first transforamation, so will it be a fairy, witch, Sailor Senshi or something totally different?

Oh cool! I'll have to think about outfits (Eeeeeee FUN!)
And I'm leaning towards witch...but I don't like the typical dark color palates, I might decide on an evil senshi. I'm also making her main power a "soul swap" (If she holds a living thing in each hand they switch bodies)
I also want to make sure shorter than most people, so she likes wearing high heels a lot to compensate and absolutely HATES being shorter than others.

Also I have to propose something. Would you like to be the first person besides me, who have Universe Fairy OC? She could be a Dark Universe Fairy like Regulus. Universe Fairies are Sailor Senshi, too, but more powerful. What do you think?

I think that is the way to go. Victoria doesn't like getting her hands dirty so she shrinks people to bug sized or grows to make entire towns bug sized to her. Either way the bottom of her shoes tend to get a little dirty. XD
Speaking of which she needs to wear a pair of killer pumps *pun intended*
