Actually I've had this done already for quite some time... I just seem to have forgotten it in the back of my mind ehe

While I was drawing this piece I got somewhat inspired by a short film( to which I sadly forgot the name), but the design of the mermaid really captivated me *_*
The tale of the little mermaid has always been one of my favorite stories as a kid, but I always found it sad that she died.
So this version has a bit more of a dark story, I just imagined that instead of becoming an ugly underwater creature, she either became really mad (meaning :madness, crazy) after her time ran up, and her biggest wish was to bring the prince's kingdom down (evil ocean witche's big plan from the start muahahaha).
But either way I hope you like it
