Description:The proud race of dwarves are a force to be reckoned with despite their size. One dwarf can have the strength of five humen men and are tougher than nails. No race knows the value of hard work quite like dwarves do, as they make up for their lack of talents in magic in their skill in steel and stone. You will also be hard pressed to find a better architect than a dwarven one, and they make excellent inventors, smiths, and alchemists, which often pits them in a not so friendly rivalry with the goblins. Their common downsides however usually include their enormous sense of pride and horrendous swimming abilities.

Culture:In dwarven culture one is usually defined by the deeds one does. They only usually respect others that have done great deeds either for them personally or for a large amount of people to give them some renown. In other words 'Hero's make great kings'. And being a hero can give one a leap up in society and that position will be passed down to their children for generations, until the family either dishonors itself or fades away. They also have very little difference between the social rolls of men and women, the women often being as masculine as any man (and even commonly have beards). They are also very rarely religious, not having time for that god hosh-wash and are more likely to worship and pray to long lost heros.

Origin: The origin of Dwarves is likely less recent. They are very similar to humans and are likely to have originated from them. However, Dwarves prefer to think their ancestors were carved from the heart of mountains.

Weight: They are usually very heavy for their height, due to a lot of muscle.
