A new challenger approaches!

I tried some cellshading this time, and got surprisingly satisfied with the resul this time

This is another character from my history: Dragon Blood

Hugo is, like Ryan, I human that watched his loved one be crushed and mistreated by the half-dragons. He is as well very hateful towards this race, but is much more extreme with his acts.
His focus, in the other hand, were always more towards vengeance rather than rebuilding what he and his people lost.

What I would like help with:
I tried to go for a more simpler cellshading here, but I'm not sure if I got the correct place of the light/shadow. Especially in the right arm and hair.
I can make weapons realistic to saave my life. Especially axes.
He have some ~war paint~ in the eyes, but it came of more like dirt. How to solve that?
