Easy.
-Go into preset maker, load your preset, click export.
-Use an uploading website like www.sendspace.com, browse for that exported file:
Go to Computer, local disk, Feral Heart, Presets folder, and your preset that you exported should be in there.
-Upload that file, and give people the link to download. They should put it in their Preset folder.
Now they can see it in game.
