fist drawing i ever did xD one of those on the spot type things when you have the motivation to drawrefrence was from a photobucket picture but i changed quite alot of it lol

nahh no tracing its hard for me to trace things xD
i used a refrence of this girl who was stading and another pic with a girl with a similar dress
i cant copy anything exactly coz i dont use construction lines so i change the drawings to suit what i can only draw xD lol

Well I think it is very good for a first time. Really I've seen much worse... in fact this is rather nice 
You need just to work your hand to gain control over it and work on the human proportions. The detail and the charcter are lovely

lol definatly i never draw with constructions lines when i do they look really robot like i usally just go straight into it that and hands xD there so hard xD
