lol, I don´t know what happenedwhen the game was released, Lydia was like the ultimate beauty on skyrim (it never was for me)...but in fact, no only she isnt pretty, but she is DUUUUUMB! (i mean, dumber that most AI can get)

sure, makes sense, Im probably the only one that doesnt care about the voice, or the whole "chosen" subject...I really see nothing epic about being dragon born, since after all u have to serve nonsensical wars, for stupid factions, and in the end, you get ordered around ALL over...Sorta miss fallout´s anarchy, were you could nearly break the game due to killing every single organic and mechanic nps

aside of that, yeah, sorta confused me, since the game uses DB to Id reference all characters and items exclusively related to the Dark Brotherhood

I've actually heard DB used both ways in the fandom. I guess context matters a lot. (I'm actually not that caught up with the Skyrim fandom, being currently unable to play the game) I think Bethesda was trying to maintain a fairly set world, although in Morrowind they at least gave people different dialogue options and responses after each quest. It's been toned down since.
Actually, if you don't mind reading, I recommend Morrowind, if you haven't played it yet. I find it to be more memorable, and you can run around breaking the game and killing everybody.

haha, since you have commented ill take my time to explain each, so you sorta get a better picture or "WHY?" i did each one

fist panel: We got Lydia, she is one of the first followers you get, she´s a nord, and pretty mcuh a brute for a wood elf, but pretty hot for some human races...Characters can marry in the game, and if you wear a certain amulet, characters will show special interest on you, but ugh, lydia is horrible and hateful

second panel: Mother night is pretty much a corpse that only talks to you, she is like the symbol and avatar or an assassin guild, and she asks you to enter the coffin with her too oftenly...gross, she smells rancid

third: Nazeem is just an idiot civilian that lives in the most visited city, and he always has the same despective line, like he´s better than you because he spends time in the "cloud district", where the better families live, and repeats it over and over

fourth panel: Ria is DUMB, DUMB, DUMB! she takls loud no matter the situation, even sneaking, she would just say something really stupid and ruin my stealth...to think that i wanted to marry my character to her.

fifth panel: with the expansion fo the game, they added vampires, and well...they all look the same, with is pretty ugly, and developers didnt try too hard to make them likeable, so, there is this master vampire, arrogant like noone, that offers you to become a vampire, but he is so stupid, you dont really feel like joining him.

sixth panel: there are a group of werewolves called "the companions", and they are like good, helping citizens and being boring overall, to make it worse, there are 2 brothers, that are really important during the quests you have to do with them, and even right now, i really cannot difference them (and they have exclusive fangirls, both of them lol)

fiuf...i hope it made it a bit funnier

Lydia was placed by bethesda as a trap...she is the main reason for skyrim players to be forced to load they previous game lol...

overall romance is kinda flat in skyrim, a shame actually, to add such feature with so little depth...I mean, marriage aside, romance does not exist in skyrim at aLL, we have to make it up...

I mean, I've played all the Fable games but at least they have the dignity to divorce you or ask for gifts
Something is better then just flat out no personality.
I ditched Lydia as soon as i could becasue i couldn't stand her.
