My first painting for 2007! This one is very big and took so much time to paint (roughly 30 hours). I'm very happy with how the water turned out. But I think I will never do another full watercolor piece this huge again. Painting lines in watercolor is so difficult and painful. *sighs*=================
12x16 watercolor and white acrylic on hot presssed paper.

oh my gosh! this could've been an exact illustration from my story;
" When the Moon reaches it's highest point of its orbit, you shall swim to the middle of the Oceanic. There you will find "The Golden Harp". Play it for the Moon.
- Sho, sho, now go, so you will find it in time.
- But how will that...
- You will see.

Naeco bowed for the old mermens and swam away to do as Elderon ha told her. She swam to the middle of the Oceanic, and there, on a cliff really was a golden harp.
,"Thank you"
Naeco studied the harp well before she even dared to touch it. When she started to play it the wind grabbed on to the sound and scattered it everywhere and to everyone. The melody was very sad, so sad that, if anyone had heard it, they would cry immediately.
After a little while, a strong light came upon her, it took the shape of a girl in front of her."

You have a beautiful gallery! My name is Jack Chen and I am a high school sophomore in the United States. Last year, I started a children's magazine called JJ Express Magazine that uses art to inspire youth to participate in social change for the global community to help each other.
