Raiden Nikola Wattson is a teenage superhero with ionic based powers that goes by the name "Re-Volt". Growing up in Advir City, a place threatened by supervillains every other week, he was abandoned by his father, a superhero named Power Man because he believed none of his children were born with any powers and thought they were worthless. Desperately wanting powers to get his father's recognition he went off into the forest to train and find out if he truly had any powers. He unconsciously summoned an ionic storm and was struck by a massive bolt of lightning. Critically injured he was found unconscious by Dr. Rix Stein and was implemented with cybernetic augments to make him stronger and help him better control his new powers. Now he uses his powers to protect his city from it's horde of villains.
