Actually, I think a better title would be "The Taming Of A Saiyan" since before he settled down with Bulma, Vegeta was this arrogant, violent prince from a nearly-extinct warrior species whose initial allegiance was to the destroyer of the Saiyan homeworld, Frieza (if I remember my DBZ history correctly since it's been years since I've seen one frame of the series).
That said, it's a very nice picture. I do love the sentiment, of Vegeta deciding to settle down on Earth and raise a family.
