Personally, I find it ridiculous that Blaziken is the only starter getting a mega evolution. Don't get me wrong, he's cool and all, but Blaziken is strong enough already and I found the extra boost kinda unnecessary. Starters such as Meganium, Samurott (Water/Steel or Water/Fighting), and Blastiose (Water/Steel) anyways... enjoy.Credit goes to Gamefreak and Nintendo

Yeah, I also want him to be in Pokken like Swampert...I even imagined a Mega Samurott being a Water/Steel-type with a balanced attacking stat and with an ability called Sword Striker. Sword Striker makes every physical moves deal 25% more damage with 50% of the Special Attack.

Hell, Water/Steel with Lightningrod would be amazing for it i can see it of a bulky offensive Empoleon but with an electric immunityΒ

Actually, all fully evolved Gen I-V starters should get a Mega Form, it wouldn't be fair seeing the Kanto starters and Blaziken get Megas.

Yeah, it's almost as if the creators wanted everyone to pick Charizard >_>.
What's worse is that because no Kalos Pokemon get megas, the Kalos starters are outclassed in battle by the Kanto starters of the same type.
Kalos Pokemon not getting megas would be like seeing Kalos Pokemon not learning any moves introduced in Gen VI while Gen I-V Pokemon get access to Gen VI moves.

I can understand not giving Kalos pokΓ©mon megas because they are "new" and want them to make them feel fresh. But I wished they showed more megas

He doesn't suck. Hes got a decent movepool and decent stats, but he is nowhere near sucking. This is coming from a guy who uses him in 90% of competitive battles.
