Description (The main file is refusing to change, so I can´t add the new one with the title "Nachtkrapp". I´ll draw it again when I find the time. It´s uneccessary to make a new one if there are no major changes)

Very short version of the Nachtkrapp Witch story:

Parents like to tell their kids scary stories, so they would go sooner to bed. One of them is the famous tale about the monster Nachtkrapp who kidnaps naughty children and eats them in their hives.
Children who spent their time at night outside would get abducted by a crowd of big ravens.

Nowadays, nobody believes in stories like that as they think it is just a tale. Until you visit a small workshop in the nearby town to buy gifts for your close ones or maybe for yourself. Being greeted by the smell of old books, you find out that it is a simple studio that crafts little wooden figures. Most of them are birds, some just look simply weird. Maybe it is abstract art? You don´t know. A tall plain shelf with a glass view that stood out from the ornamented furniture catches your attention. The crafts in it were made by a very light colored wood. You take a step further. They were feather. Delicate looking feather. You almost believe that they are real. But the feathers looked crafted.
"Are they for sale?", you asked and look through the shop, seeing an elderly woman at the counter. She doesn´t respond and you get the impression that she is ignoring you. However, soon enough, you hear a screaching sound and watch the owner pull a board under her desk. She writes on it and shows it to you.
"No sale. Display"
Her handwriting is terrible and she doesn´t seem to be a native speaker. You leave the shelf and look around the studio.
Maybe you buy something, it doesn´t really matter to the following things that will happen to you. The face of the shop owner will be forgotten and you as the visitor won´t suspect a thing. Even if you try finding the shop again, it will be gone. The souvenir you bought, are just a lump of black feathers. Probably you even forget visiting this place. But one thing for sure without your knowing, you will be judged and be executed once you´re labeled as a bad child. It will start with hallucinations of ravens following you. At night you see silhouettes surounding your bed. You fear to see them, so you keep your eyes closed.

There is no reference of the actual appereance of the witch since nobody will remember her face. But the witch without her disguise, is an old lady with an amputed right arm. Her vocal chords are removed from being captured once as some farmers feared she would cast spells on humans.

The reason she goes after adults who used to be not well behaved children is because of her grudge created by the witch hunt in Germany. She believes when a child was bad, they won´t grow up to be respectable adults as they tend to overlook the truth and hurt people.

A conversation with the old lady happens via paper as the witch is mute. She won´t target adults unless they were bad, but who knows how she judges one person. The victim won´t notice being poisonded until they find their limbs rotting. Seeing ravens following you, could be a sign that you´re targeted.

The witch doesn´t kill the victim directly and waits for them to die from heart failure. After her victims are dead, she dryes their flesh to feed them to birds or even to other humans. The bones are used to create feathers which is a form to mourn for her comrades. Every feather represents a fallen witch.

Abilities:
the several figures of the Nachtkrapp is an illusion when the target is affected by poison
her shear blades are dunked in spider venom that make the flesh rot
her skin can be shedded that are later used as her clothing, her regenerating skills kept her alive for centuries
due to the illusion, it´s easy for her to confuse her target and cut them

Weakness:
fire
Her right hand is mutilated which makes it without her shears useless
she doesn´t move when you have her in your sight as she can´t directly attack her victim
very slow on her own feets (she´s an old lady wearing heavy clothing)

[The actual story of the Nachtkrapp is in progress at this moment. But please criticize!]

I really like this concept!

There's just one thing that I'd like to point out though, which is the name.

"night raven" in German is actually Nachtkrapp, not Nachtkrabb. Very similar spelling, so I understand if it was a mixup. Just thought I'd let you know.

Either way, love your character! Keep up the good work! ^^

Oh that was a stupid mistake on my behalf. I forgot whether to spell it with "bb" or "pp" since I was too lazy too look it up in my book. Thank you for pointing it out and your feedback. It makes me really happy that somebody says something about it.
I will change it soon.
And Nachtkrapp means literally night raven, it doesn't have an actual translation to English since there is also the German term Nachtrabe/ Nachtreiher.

I'm glad I could help ^^

And yeah it's interesting. Nachtkrapp means night raven, but krapp on its own means madder, which is a plant. German is cool XD
