Just a quick 10 minute scribble when I felt like drawing,yes- another gay couple,
must be somethin wrong with me coz they just seem so fun to draw all of a sudden
uhhhh.. probably won't get around to fixing this one because it was practise and should probably get thrown into scraps for bein so damn sketchy (my eraser only appears every full moon)
But my new years resolution shalt be to not discriminate against my drawings- namely those which make it into my gallery or not. Get ready for some REALLY RAWWW sketches flooding the scene

I always get jealous when artists are all "yeah, this is bad" because I can't draw proportioned people... or animals or objects or, well, I can't draw.
I like the paisley border shape thingy. And I wish my hair looked like that. The girl with the shorter hair, I mean. And the attention to detail on her mouth is awesome!

Haha- I get like that with other artists as well. But as an artist I think your standards get higher as you get better. so even the art gods will think their masterpieces are dodgy little scribbles

I love the presence the characters have. They really seem to be touching and have a weight to them...plus I love the gesture in general. I also like the graphic background, it almost feels like it's pushing them closer together and adds a fun feel to the illustration.

You have such a beautiful way with words man- You should be a professional art critic ;D I'm quite proud of what you say and have come to appreciate my drawings much more once you've described them haha. The background was a one-off fool-around but I think I might try to develop it further since it does seem to have an impact on the drawing itself. Thanks so much for the advice- as always its amazing, succinct and motivational all at the one time
