The base but still very strong power the Blood Bond gives is an incredidble resistance to all sort of damages ( maybe that's why Makeooooh is able to resists Lola sudden spine crushing hugs) , and the stronger is the bond, more resistance the two beings gain.
As seen in the comic page, when a very powerful being knows the existance of the Blood Bond, can use their and the partner energy for their greater good; in the case of Castanic and Makeoooooh, the Succubus used her powers to awaken a very small ( almost miniscule ) mutant energy in Makeooooh and use it against Lola White, and this energy puppet also received a boost thanks to all the happy memories Castanic and Makeooooh had and with the rest of Castanic Family's help.
But what about Lola? Well, here's the answer: during the battle , Makeooooh unknowingly passed his boosted Blood Bond energy to Lola, thus creating a DOUBLE Blood Bond, something even more rare and unique.
