they had a little pond area at bok tower. in one area there was a jet or something underneath the water, and i thought it looked like something really big was hiding down deep. how... appropriate needless to say we used that to our advantage.

oh and happy e3 everyone! sony's conference is tonight. here's to hoping for more the last guardian stuff! someone's going to die if there isn't >/

about the shoot:

this shoot was at bok tower in lake wales, florida with beth (gapple photos). i chose the location because of its tower. it's the closest i think i can get (at least in florida) to something like the one in the game. the garden was beautiful too!
but... it was the most grueling photoshoot of my life. it was extremely hot and the costume didn't help. it doesn't breathe at all. thank god beth and her mom brought more water because i went through my water bottle really quick! 3 hours later we had some great pictures, but i also had really bad blisters and about 25 ant bites on my feet from accidentally stepping in an ant pile which itched like crazy the next day, and a painful eye from a dry contact (which got promptly thrown out).
but it was definitely worth it!
