Shouldn't be a whole lot if the hoop is made of light boning (read: not steel or anything metal). I know back then hunters would kill whales and sell their bones to crinoline factories which played a large part in the animals becoming endangered, but thankfully now we have plenty alternatives, and whalebone was far too heavy for its own good anyway.

PS If there were a live performance like this I think the dance theme from The Mask of Zorro would fit perfectly. She might have to dance solo for that one though considering the size of her skirt. XDD
