Applejack seemed to have wandered off after taking her Dads hat when Pear wasn't looking. Of course those teeny little hoofs only get her so far and Pears "Mom instincts" kicked in pretty quickly so everything turned out OK.
Side note: I use to wander off ALL THE TIME when I was little. Thought it was a good premise so I drew it
This is an old image I forgot to upload. Redid some of the lineart and background to make it slightly less blegh.
