It's pronounced "Kets-o-cottle" right? Also, I just can't help but think of the Paint Copy Ability from Kirby Super Star with this image.

Pretty close! They enunciate the second A, so it's like "Ket-sul-ko-ottle"
Or in his case, "Ket-sul-ko-ottle-ite."

It's natural. I did mention in the source image I made that there are rare cases of heterochromia, and Quetz is one such example. One dark blue, one emerald green.
I'm sure the concept of a colored contact may have been brought up for Quetz, but he doesn't mind his different-colored eyes that much.

Why "Quetz?" Because most folks have trouble saying Quetzalcoatlite.
You would not believe how many outtakes there have been from Paula's voice actor in Betsy "Warlord of Noodles" Lee's "No Evil" series regarding that name. Β She cannot, for the life of her role, pronounce Quetzalcoatlite (well... "Queztalcotl")Β in one try.

Yeah, the proper pronunciation of Quetzalcoatlite isn't obvious at first glance. I used to assume Quetzalcoatl was pronounced like it was written, but I later discovered that wasn't the case at all. X3

"Yes, yes, just like zat, very good"
You know I've gotta ask about the markings on the arms and tail... and although I can't see them here, possibly the legs.

They're not natural. Much like the non-white coloring of other Teijru fur, it's dyed in that color. Quetz apparently felt it would be cool to have stripes on his limbs in different colors. And yes, there are stripes on his legs, and these match the colors on the tail.
The hair on the top of his head will occasionally swap out different colors, but the stripe colors remain fairly constant.

Indeed, Teijru and Linkha are typically pure white. A modern trend on Kheji is to apply colored dye to parts of the fur (usually the hair atop the head) to make themselves look a little more unique.
I recall an old British sitcom, "Are You Being Served?" where the character Mrs. Slocombe had a different hair coloring each episode. Just looking up the name in Google images shows that pretty well. X3

Now, you say typically. But I think I remember talking about Beryl you hinting that some Teijru maybe rarely different in color.
Never really did see that show. But that does kinda remind me of Mimi Bobeck from The Drew Carey Show. How she would constantly show up wearing ridiculous looking eye liner.

Well, the picture of Beryl was some personal exercise in lighting. She is also primarily white in fur color, but I don't have a design fully made for her.
Regarding my wording, I have proven in the past that Linkha can have black fur in extremely rare cases , and it's assumed that Teijru can as well.

It's assumed that they can. However, has it ever been proven?

There are no noted accounts of black-furred Teijru.

Well, that at least sounds like something that could possibly lead to some kind of story arc.
