Description "Punch? Punchy, baby, is that you?" - a bewildered woman in strange clothes with an unsteady gait approached the dazed Jester, who did not expect his new secret hideout to be revealed so quickly. But this woman did not look like a member of the Crime Syndicate, even if she later revealed the skills of a professional thief. After resting and recovering, Jewelee demanded that the Jester explain who he is and why his clothes so much resemble the costume of Punch, her lover. The Jester's answer did not convince her - Jewelee did not believe in the existence of the Crime Syndicate. This led Mike Maxwell, the man in the Jester's hat, to think that Jewelee came from another universe - and this idea was only confirmed by Jewelee's words that she and Punch tried to rob a laboratory (they "always have a lot of expensive stuff"), but then one of the devices in the laboratory flared up brightly, and a wave of energy hit Jewelee against the wall. When Jewelee woke up, the lab looked long abandoned and didn't really look like a lab at all. Passing through the dark corridors, Jewelee saw a familiar outfit - but it was worn by a stranger, not Punch, but some Jester. Unable to smuggle Jewelee back to the universe she came from, the Jester explained that this is a different universe, and if she doesn't want big problems, she'll have to shut up and lay low. Take off the mask and find some "civilian" clothes. After all, if Killer Frost finds out that the Jester has a new ally, then the underground will be dealt a new blow, and the Justice Underground is not ready for this. But Jewelee  flatly refused to wear civilian clothes - because then she would forget her Punchy! While she and Punch are wearing masks and costumes, they are Jewelee and Punch, high-level thieves, and they are in love with each other. But as soon as they take off their costumes, they become boring Mary Martin and David Clark, and and don't want to be around one another. Such a revelation only made the Jester sigh unhappily. He hasn't let madness into his mind, but he can't do anything about someone else's.
