In Masako-kun 's what if Goku was female story, we have a female version of Cell named Celline. Celline has been really fun to design for, and I was allowed to basically do whatever I wanted with her design. Instead of going the bog-standard R63 path and giving Cell boobs, hips and *shudder* hair like most people do, I wanted something that retained Cell's core concept while at the same time looking unique.I can't wait to show you guys Semi-Perfect and Perfect Celline
