Ghino was born one year after his older brother Ghamma.
This time when Grim and Hades found out she was pregnant with his second child did he react a bit.. lighter on it than the first time.
Hades was actually somewhat excited to see another child being born from his one love Grim, another little devil creation.

But once Ghino was born wasn't it like they expected.
Ghino was unusually small and already had some health complications as a newborn and was constantly throwing his parents in a worried state 24/7 the worst fear they had was if he stopped breathing one day, but alas, Ghino survived and grew into a giant child they later on would have problem to take care of.
Ghino during his toddler years up to his teens was just a hyperactive mess not aware of his size nor strength. This caused a lot of damages both in the library and down in hell, even the common babysitters Jacco and Blackburn had a harder time with Ghino than Ghamma, Ghino was built like a tank and could just ran someone over, and his fits was no joke or game to joke away, he was so destructive and eventually did they have to bring Ghino away from the library and down to Hell where he would stay with Hades for a while until the library was fixed and he calmed down with his anger issues.
Once calmed down, did Jacco bring Ghino back up in the human realm again where he was met by his mother Grim who couldn't do anything but to hug and kiss her baby son. But from here on out, did Ghino promise to try to stay calm because his fathers lectures are something he does not want to go through again.
Yes Hades managed to tame their wild son down, but nobody knew what happened down in hell while he was there, and the only person to answer this is Hades, And Ghino who refuses to speak about it to this day.

Other/Trivia

⸸ He have a deep respect for Hades after causing mass destruction in his mothers library. Once Hades took him down did he get booty whacks with a belt and timeouts, even locked in a metal cage for misbehaving because normal rooms was something Ghino could break through.
It didn't happen often he got the belt or a "whack" but anytime he was about to throw his fit did Hades step in and stop it. Last thing Hades wanted was for Ghino to accidently hurt Grim or Ghamma out of pure rage.

⸸ Believe it or not, Ghino is medicated for ADHD which have helped him focus and maintain calmer.
