The Bloodwater Amulet
The Bloodwater Amulet is a soulgem. A soulgem is a stone that each Elethind (Huya's race) is born with. It fills itself with their deeds - gaining power from what they do, think, believe, act... So a good person would have a bright shining soulgem with powers and abilities that mimic the good they do in life. Huya, however, is a terrible terrible terrible person. She is not crazy, not mentally ill... No. She is just evil and has nearly literally bathed in the blood of her adversaries and victims. Thus her soulgem has become filled with blood, hatred and captured souls that simply cannot leave this reality yet because Huya just won't let them go. She is empowered by their pain. She also gains abilities from her captured souls within her soulgem. She has captured senshi thus she can now transform into a senshi. Some are able to use telekinesis, thus she can move things by her sheer will alone. Some have ice powers thus she also has some ice abilities... and so on.

Powers
Ice and Water
She has other powers, but in her soulgem, she gains her abilities from the most powerful souls. The souls of senshi are the most powerful and dominant souls. She has capture several senshi in her time as a "conqueror" of sorts. Her latest capture is that of Sailor Crystal Blight, the Ice Senshi of the dwarf planet 38628 Huya. Such a new tortured soul means a greater ability to tap into new powers. Combining her evil and bloodlust with ice and water is making for a potent combination...

Transformation
By the Blood of Huya, Make-Up!
She is surrounded in a bloody vortex, a silent smirk on her face as she disappears within it, her fuku slowly materializing behind a wall of bloody wailing faces. She steps out, parting the vortex of blood, a look of utter arrogance and egotistical flair glinting in her icy blue eyes... Several drops of blood fall to her right ankle, becoming a blood-red beaded bracelet. She reaches up to her chest, removing the Bloodwater Amulet and placing it upon her crown, slightly adjusting it so it sits perfectly on her now pale pink hair. She flicks the last drops of blood from her glove and surveys her minions as a sparkling icy veil extends from her fuku. She then strikes a pose of regal indifference.

Abilities
BioIce Blitz!
She feels it, the water in your body, in your veins, in your skin... You feel cold all over, cramping, shivering... so hard to move. Then it happens in a flash... small slivers of ice rip through your skin! Bloodstained slivers of ice hover in front of you, to your disbelief... the pain is excruciating, the blood pouring from everywhere on your body, your clothing shredded... Then it happens... She laughs as the hovering slivers of ice race towards you! You can hardly utter a scream as the bloodied slivers of ice pierce and tear at your body again...
Soulwave Scream!
She stands before you, taunting you, lifting your own blood from your broken and bleeding body... You blood coalesces into a ball before her. ... In a flash she quadruples the size of the bloodball and, with one hand, wipes it into a wall. The screams of thousands of faces fighting to break through the bloody wall are deafening. Then she joins them.. Her scream is piercing and creates ripples in the wailing wall of blood that vibrate faster and faster until you can do nothing but lay paralyzed grasping at your head for fear it may explode...
Item: Chain of Tears
Laughing at you, she grabs the blood red gem on her forehead, tugging only slightly as her hair falls gracefully around her face... the gold beads raining down around her... She lifts her arm and in a single elegant move, you feel the skin ripped from your body as the dazzling sparkling gold beads embed themselves into your skin just before being ripped back out... The end of the chain wraps itself around your leg and takes a chunk of flesh with it as it leaves... Her laughter is loud, joyous... The blood rains down around and upon her as she twirls the chain above her head preparing for another strike... You don't have time to scream before she lashes back out at you...
Personality
Queen Huya is truly evil. She conquered her planet, filling her soulgem full of the blood of its people as she tore through them, village by village, city by city... family by family. She took on the name Huya and the mantle of the senshi she defeated, gaining her Ice powers from absorbing the soul of Huya's true senshi. She named herself Queen. The remaining citizens on Huya cower before their Queen, doting on her every need and whim... and desire.

Queen Huya is incredibly vain. She goes nowhere without herself fully glorified in the best clothes, the perfect make-up, and of course her crown and soulgem, the Bloodwater Amulet. She affixes her soulgem to her crown no matter what form she is in. While her crown is wearable without the gem, it is far more impressive with her soulgem than without. And Queen Huya is all about being the most impressive - all about appearances. And she will never be caught without her crown... If she has ever been, no one would know as she will surely kill the offending interloper who would dare lay eyes on her without her crown atop her head.

Sailor Queen Huya treasures her second-in-command, the vicious and destructive Sailor Ahriman . An endless source of joy for her, she loves nothing more than to watch Sailor Ahriman do what she does best - destroy everything that pisses her off. Of course Queen Huya is no slouch in battle either. While she prefers to not get herself all mussed and fussed up in battle, she is more than happy to play the part of torturer and endeavors to make all pain last as long as possible before her opponent either passes out or dies.
