I'ma be lazy and just steal this from my Etsy listing:...
Aisling's family has studied the nuances of nature for generations - herbalists, botanists and farmers all. She is sweet natured - though she enjoys her wordless communion with the growing green-things - she welcomes the noisy dinners with her many family members which so happily end her every evening.

Standing at little less than 12", Aisling is a mixed media art doll - arms, neck and legs can be posed. She is one of a kind (OOAK) - handmade from top to bottom - start to finish.
She is not meant to be a toy. Though it has always been my goal to create creatures/artworks that can be interacted with - so they are as tough as I can make them and still use Super Sculpey - which, for all its toughness, really doesn't care for being dropped or struck.

As someone who has never really accomplished much of anything with sculpture, I'm continually amazed at the amount of character you manage to infuse each of your creations with. Fantastic work, Umou-chan. ^__^
