This is pretty dang sad. Shadow gets betrayed by one of his closest, few friends. I can actually see why Shadow would lose the battle; perceiving Omega's betrayal as some kind of reprogramming from an enemy, he wouldn't want to destroy Omega. Poor Shads...

In Sonic 06, Mephiles told Shadow that Omega would turn against him in the future and seal him away because the humans saw him as a threat...again...

Wow....though not the pose I would have picked (i probably would have shown omega's eye with a reflection of his hand around Shadow's throat and shadow looking beaten and worn like he does here) a very nice pic. Gives off a real 'near the finish' vibe of a story.
